Sight: Light rose around the edges, with a more garnet interior
Smell: Jammy raspberries and blackberries are complimented by orange blossom with hints of cigar box, and vanilla add complexity. Touches of earthy forest floor, soy, and caramel join in.
Sip: Bright, slightly smokey and dust feeling texturally, and slightly past light, bordering on medium bodied. St. Innocent Pinot Noir would make a great compliment to the thanksgiving meal, especially for pinot lovers. At $65 a bottle though, it obviously should. Assuming you can’t drop this much for a bottle, give it a taste, you’ll enjoy the palate broadening experience! However, if you’re in the market for a flashy bottle, St. Innocent Pinot Noir is certainly good, and your relatives will hopefully appreciate it.
