Part of the beauty of Prosecco is its freshness. The bright, light, and fresh fruity characteristics make Prosecco a lovely wine to relax with after a hard day, celebrate a special event, or even ring in the new year. While there are higher classifications of Prosecco (including Prosecco Superiore), the vast majority is merely labeled Prosecco, and come in sweetness ranging from Brut to Dry. Hailing from the middle of the sweetness range, with 17.5-22 g/L of Residual Sugar, Cinzano Prosecco might be just Goldilocks to celebrate the New Year with.
[Disclosure: Cinzano sent me of this incredibly cool cocktail kit with some bottles of their wine. We’ll be turning these samples into cocktails soon, so stay tuned!]
