Sight:  A lovely group of tiny little bubbles floats up in the straw color.

Smell:  A beautiful mix of honey, lemon, honeydew melon, and yeasty pastries float to the top.   Notes of peach and honeysuckle flit in and out.

Sip:  The palate opens light and lively, with smooth little pops of tiny bubbles.  Honey and melon mix with bright lemons and a hint of yeast.  Touches of peach and more floral notes get into play.

Savor: The ending is crisp and clean with delightful notes of ripe peaches and fresh granny smith apple.

Chloe Prosecco is beautifully constructed and delivers bursts of fruit forward flavors.  The crisp, ripe melon notes that mingle with stone fruit and honey are a great combination.  The tiny bubbles give it a great texture to match its fruit character.  For starting a celebration or ringing in the new year, Chloe Prosecco is worth your time to seek out.
